Housing Starts Boom
2019 National Housing Starts, one of the greatest predictors of future housing growth, just shot up 16.9% above the November 2019 estimate. According to the Census Bureau’s release on 1/17/2020, “Privately-owned housing starts in December were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1,608,000. This is 16.9 percent (+/-12.8 percent) above the revised November estimate of 1,375,000…”
