Since 1996 Patrick Wilkinson, Associate Broker, has been helping clients through the home buying and selling process in The Roanoke Valley. A 3rd generation real estate professional, Patrick bought his first house in Salem in 1992, earned his Virginia Real Estate Sales license in 1996, and his Real Estate Broker’s license in 1999. He’s also got a bachelor’s degree in Religion and Philosophy, a masters’ degree in Social Science, and a Private Pilot’s license. Since 1996 he has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell over 350 homes in The Roanoke Valley and beyond. He has bought and sold more than 40 “flip” homes for his family company. Patrick opened Cross Properties, Inc. in 2006 to due to the growth of his family real estate and home restoration business, and in 2014 Patrick earned his Virginia Class A Contractor’s license. His team relies heavily on referrals from past clients and friends, who have come to expect excellence!
Debra Daniel, GRI, ABR, SRE, is our team’s Buyer Specialist and has been a licensed real estate professional since 1991. Since then, she’s been helping clients buy the homes of their dreams, all while earning top honors and prestigious industry designations. She’s an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, has earned the Graduate Realtor’s Institute certificate and her Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation. Debra believes that treating our clients wonderfully (and taking care of every detail during the process like handling showings, contracts, inspections, financing, and closings) will make our clients huge fans and advocates for our team. We depend on introductions and referrals for our future clients, and Debra’s attention to detail brings in almost more business than we can handle! Debra’s home is in Roanoke County, VA.
Susan Wilkinson, our Client Care Coordinator (unlicensed), has the job of making our client’s lives filled with joy, especially at the closing celebration. After our clients have gone through the contract and closing process (sometimes long and stressful), Susan’s role is to make sure everyone feels appreciated, and to follow up with our clients on a regular basis…. forever. She’s married to Patrick Wilkinson and has been involved in the family’s real estate business for over 25 years. She has raised two great children, has a bachelor’s degree in Education, a master’s degree in Social Science, and in her spare time is a full-time licensed special education teacher with the City of Salem Schools.
