Position Description

– Exciting opportunity for a real estate professional to work with our team’s home buying clients. Our Team Leader, Patrick Wilkinson, has an established 28-year real estate career in the Roanoke Valley! Right now, we have more qualified buyer clients than we can handle…

– This position allows you to focus on our buyer’s needs, on showing property, and writing and negotiating great contracts. You are supplied with a stream of qualified clients … freeing you from listing expenses, marketing expenses, office fees, franchise fees and additional brokerage splits.

– Creating positive and winning experiences for our home-buying clients, while helping them get the home they want, is the number one goal of the Buyer Specialist position

– Enthusiasm for helping people in the exciting business of a real estate is a “must have”

The Buyer Specialist’s position includes the following:

– Handling all of the home buyers our Lead Generation System provides

– Working with our past client, referrals, and bringing in your past clients as well

– Being available during normal business hours, weekends and evenings to show property, write and negotiate contracts (but with planned days off and vacation time)

– Taking buyers from initial consultation, to contract, to home inspection completion, then handing off to our staff to close

– Being enthusiastic about matching great buyers with great homes

– Staying out ahead of our clients, and market, to create winning experiences

The Buyer Specialist’s Package:

– Pay is based on commissions on closed transactions and is not a salary

– Escalating production bonuses for hitting and exceeding our Team’s quarterly goals

– Higher income when you bring your past clients and new buyers/sellers on board

– Buyer Specialist is under independent contractor status with Team’s brokerage firm

The minimum required work experience and qualifications for this position are:

• 1 year as a Virginia licensed real estate salesperson in good standing

• Valid Virginia Driver’s License in good standing

• Prefer applicant to already be a member of RVAR, VAR, and NAR
